Yesterday was pretty much back to normal workwise, we did get all the appointments re booked. It poured with rain all afternoon- I mean REALLY poured- and it was defeaning in the office since the whole of the reception area is pretty much glass. It's like being in a goldfish bowl. I was asked to go in and minute a meeting with one of the managers and a customer complaining about a screwed up repair job, which wasn't fun. Customer was furious, it was acting as a witness as much as anything else, I felt quite sorry for Derek.
Rog and I both arrived home last night with stonking headaches, I think it must have been the weather. It never quite got to a storm, but it got pretty close a few times. We rang for a takeaway since we neither of us wanted to cook, ate that in front of the tv which WAS nice, and went to bed about eight thirty. Rog watched something on tv about neanderthal skeletons- only he could get excited about neanderthal skeletons- and that put me out like a dose of valium. Thrilling life we lead ;)
He was......... startled? .... by the hot pink key ;) I pointed out to him that it was distinctive, and easy to find on dark nights. His answer, and I quote, 'yes, and so will you be when I've finished with you'. LOL Empty threats, empty threats ;) I notice it's still on his keyring.
